If you have low blood pressure or Hypotension then you should not be duly concerned. Unless it stays abnormally low for a constant time then it can simply mean you are in good health. Most doctors would say under “90 over 66″ is low blood pressure.

To maintain Good Blood Pressure Try:

  3. Eat ginger and garlic
  4. Add spices to your diet
