    Learn to tell when …
Learn to tell when your blood pressure is high by doing this:
    - If the Veins on back of your hand are PRONOUNCED(Big), then your pressure is High. If you CAN’T SEE THE VEINS, the pressure will be low!
    ******************
DO NOT TAKE NIACIN WITHOUT YOUR DOCTOR KNOWING SINCE YOU ARE ON Lipitor and are already having symptoms from the Lipitor like SLUGGISHNESS! The Niacin makes all your DRUGS WORK BETTER BECAUSE IT OPENS THE BLOOD VESSELS SO YOUR DOCTOR MAY LOWER DOSAGES!!!!

    Watch larryshobbs …
Watch larryshobbs videos on Niacin here on Youtube, but I guess you already….start with 25mg or 1/4 of 100mg tablet every hour to AVOID THE FLUSH-Niacin must be of FLUSH TYPE! Let your doctor know because Niacin does make blood sugar control a little bad, but the benefits-LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE, LOWER TRIGLICERIDES, LESS PLAQUE, HDL UP BIGTIME! Frankly, I don’t know how you can get a HEART ATTACK and some Doctor NOT PUT YOU ON NIACIN and FISH PILLS? You’re JUST 33!

    Control cholesterol …
Control cholesterol and blood pressure and make sure your blood CAN NOT FORM CLOTS by drinking 1g to 3g of fish oil CAPSULES daily- Japanese men smoke but eat fish every day and DON’T GET HEART ATTACKS! Presently, I take about 5-6 fish pills daily and about 1.3g to 1.5g of Niacin. My HDL was 43 before Niacin, last Monday my HDL was measured at 62 after taking Niacin….It is much better to have HDL up than to have LDL low so the ideal treatment would be Statin plus Niacin and FISH OIL!!!!

    Just because you’re …
Just because you’re at a healthy weight and exercise DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE HEALTHY! FYI, your chances of dying during a Marathon are much greater than taking a flight from Europe to the USA. Hundreds if not thousands of men have died from heart attacks in the past 10 years doing sports. AND having cholesterol levels below 200 are no quarantee because 75% of heart attack victims have cholesterol in the normal range…Get cholesterol tested and BUY a blood pressure monitor and control them.

    Kudos to Dr. Brown …
Kudos to Dr. Brown for sharing this Info! Now more: Niacin, Fish Oil, and cayenne pepper!

You need to be taking 1.5grms of Niacin daily to REVERSE PLAQUE in your arteries. It is the ONLY thing shown to actually reverse the build up, BUT YOU MUST TAKE under supervision of a physician so he can monitor your liver and blood glucose. Next, Fish Oil! Fish OIL! FISH OIL!……Next, in case of a Heart attack at home: while waiting for ambulance, DRINK CAYENNE PEPPER POWDER(4-5tblspoon) to LIVE!!!

    The recommendations …
The recommendations state that drinking up to two servings of alcohol a day for men and one serving of alcohol a day for women has proven to be healthy, but it is also recommended that if you don’t currently drink not to start just for this benefit.

We don’t fully understand the science behind why drinking alcohol can be beneficial to our health. It likely has something to do with stress reduction while drinking very moderate amounts of alcohol, among other things.

    Thank You Soooooooo …
Thank You Soooooooo….Much !!! for celar, kind and very much illuminating videos. It seems I just saved thousands of dollars.
If all doctors are like you I would have visited them more often. I avoid them all together even though I experiences several tell tale symptoms. I am not over weight nor inactive. I do not drink nor take any prescriptions. My questions…Why the moderate drinking is better than none? The dizziness when you wake up in the morning is part of heart/stroke symptoms?

    This is good …
This is good information Dr. Brown. Even as young as I am just 33 years old. I had a heart attack back in March of this year. And i was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. I am greatful that i am still able to breathe at least. But my symptoms i had shoulder pains instead and not able to breathe properly. Anything else i can do manage my condition better as i am still a young man, I feel a bit scared sometimes but i am hopeful for the future. Thank You
