Can the tissue inside a vessel expand and burst do to angina?

Like in weak spots do to high blood pressure.
I am going by word of mouth so please be nice. This is all new to me.
a vessel bursting is an aneurysm. Angina is a narrowed vessel of the heart that restricts the flow of blood to the heart and heart muscle and the muscle is crying out for oxygen/blood supply which is called angina. You can go to WebMd and read up about angina.

Angina is swelling of the heart, not sure what you mean.

Weak spots are not due to high blood pressure. Weak spots go hand in hand with high blood pressure.
Meaning, the weakened blood vessels are due to cell integrity breaking down.
Walls of arteries can be as weak as butter or strong and elastic, depending on the cellular health of the individual.
So, you can have high blood pressure and not burst an artery or have no high blood pressure and still burst an artery, known as an aneurysm.
So, either way, disease is about the cause and the cause can appear as many symptoms, like a domino affect..
High blood pressure is just a symptom, not the cause of the weak spots that have formed and may be related or unrelated to angina.
Did this person have a history of diabetes, did this person have struggle with weight? These are important questions as to the cause of the disease symptoms that this person may be suffering from or have caused his/her early impending death.

Be more specific in the question. What kind of tissue, what kind of vessel and why would it expand and burst? Generally speaking, angina is caused by ischemia, which is a restriction of blood supply. If the pressure builds up enough, a burst could happen–like when an aneurysm breaks. If pressure inside of a blood vessel increases enough, it could burst, if that is what you’re asking.
