Can feeling weird in the head and light headed also be a symptoms of un-stable angia? | unstable angina
Have un-stable angina and waiting for angiogram in 3 weeks.I am on lots of meds and still have attacts where my jaw and teeth feel really uncomfortable. The tightness in my chest only happens 1-2 times per week. Off work waiting angio as in England we have to wait unless you have troponin in your blood results.
Thanks in Advance.

It’s difficult to answer with the given information; but if you have unstable angina, you have also likely been started on a beta blocker, nitrates, perhaps a calcium channel blocker, and perhaps an ACE inhibitor (depending on your ejection fraction). These medications can certainly cause a lowering of blood pressure, and light-headedness.
DO NOT stop/alter this medication without cardiology advice though – they are VERY important to maintaining your clinical status.

I’m a cardiologist in the U.S. and Brett is correct. Talk with your physician as soon as you can. It sounds like you may be overmedicated. Good luck.
