Does this sound like angina or a heart problem?

For 20 hours now I’ve been having stabbing pains in my on and around my left collarbone. They last for about 1-3 seconds each and come and go every couple minutes. My blood pressure is running at what it usually is 140/90 and my pulse is running 75 beats per minute.
I feel a little short of breath also but no other symptoms. Should I relax and call the doctor tomorrow or go to the emergency room?
