Eat a low fat and …
Eat a low fat and low sugar diet, plenty of exersize, if your total cholesterol is over 200, ask your doctor about a statin drug used to lower cholesterol, above all else if you smoke, quit. If your over weight lose weight, and low dose asprin keeps the platlets slippery so clots don’t form as easy.

funny thing is, sometime’s you never really expect someone could get a heart attack.
Next thing you know the guy’s on the ground crying he’s dying, and you’re laughing at him cuz you think it’s all joke.
Then when he’s dead, you’d be all like “Oh it was foreals? Aw fuck, that was a facepalm moment right there.” Then you and all your friend cry.
