Most people who experience illnesses often feel frustrated and experience feelings of despair. Many of us fail to take the steps in our youth. Asthma cure,cures are available for many aliments.

Aging starts as we are born and carries throughout our life. Through the process, the body has positive reflections on our bodily components and development, yet as we age negative effects take hold, which include the declining phase When you sit around feeling anxious, depressed, or despaired, you are working toward worsting health conditions.

Sometimes a person is fooled by themselves into thinking it will never happen to me. I recently underwent open heart surgery the last thing I thought would happen. Although I had experienced rapid heartbeat for some thirty years, doctors continually told me I had no blockage

I have done physical work all my life and thought that I was more physically fit than most my age. Heart disease does run in the family on the male side. I first started having dizzy spells when I would straight up or move. I began having chest pains when doing just lite tasks, the pain would leave when I stopped my activities. My legs became weak and felt like logs to drag around. The doctor that I was seeing bushed off the symptoms after doing an electrocardiogram which revealed nothing wrong.

I feel lucky to live close to one of the three Mayo Clinics in the country. Mayo Clinic through an appointment and after running numerous tests found that I had blockage of the heart, but, thought they could take care of the problem through angioplasty, however, the blockage was found to be server which resulted in open heart surgery. The procedure was done but the blockage was more advanced and could not be handled through angioplasty which resulted in the open heart surgery.

I truly believed that I would never have any blockage as I did not smoke, eat a lot of red meats, I stayed active, and kept my weight in line. I learned that it is more difficult to detect heart blockage than I had thought. Seems that I was getting close to the heart attack point, however, I had not experienced a heart attack. I have time now during the months of recovery to write articles and make biog posts. This however is not what I would rather be doing. 

If I had realized over the years there were things that I could have done to perhaps avoid this reality. I have been very impressed with the services of Mayo Clinic. My experiences over the years with doctor office appointments have been that your appointment does not mean much as you set there sometimes for hours past your appointment time.

At Mayo Clinic all of my appointments have been on time or early, not one appointment has been late. When a Mayo Clinic doctor placed me on over the counter products, Fish Oil 2000 mg per day and Co Q-10 200 mg per day, I realized that this doctor did have me as the patient in mind. I have never before had a doctor to prescribe over the counter products that the doctor would have no way of making a buck from. Anxiety cure, cures are available for many aliments.

Walking is a great way to reduce the risks of heart attacks. You should never allow your feelings to linger in your own mind without expressing what you feel. It is frustrating to express feelings with people who have not experienced similar illnesses or experiences as you. Try to find someone that you can relate to and speak your feelings.

Growing older and learning from your mistakes is a clear sign that our brain is improving. Our brain has learned a lot from our younger days. As you grow you, become wiser. The challenges and opportunities along with making decision were all improving the brain. The brain works by increasing knowledge and it builds the connecting elements in the bran that make us function well. As you grow older, keep your connection with your family and friends. Your diet is very important to keep the brain healthy, as we grow older. Antioxidants have proven to benefit us, since it contains Vitamins known to reduce dying or damaged cells. As we get older, our diets change and we eat less just be careful and make sure that your dosage isn’t going to react to your medications.

Stress can take over your lives making it harmful to your body and brain alike.  Depression can set in if the hormones are released in too great an amount or too fast.  You have to forget about the things you have no control over and fix the ones you do. Changes are harder to make and it sometimes becomes a challenge but in the end, it will relieve stress and improve the brain by giving it a new learning experience.

Our health is very important and needs work every day to keep a healthy life. Aside from meals, you also need activities to keep you strong. As we age, we have a tendency to slow down.  If you get bored doing the same thing each day, try walking every other day for 30 minutes and on the off days enjoy your curriculum with your new friends. Dr Louis Ignarro said it this way, “did they ever tell you why exercise is good for you”? Then he would say, “because exercise causes the body to make Nitric Oxide”. Nitric Oxide is made in the blood and in higher amounts the faster the blood moves. Nitric Oxide effects all parts of the body. Diabetes cure, is one of many aliment cures.

Don’t stop once you’ve started a program; keep going and you’ll notice a big difference. If you’re feeling sick, don’t always try to treat yourself.  Your diet plays a vital part in maintaining your health.  A well balanced diet slows down the aging process and makes a healthier you.
