i am29 years old iam suffer from boodpressure and angina pain i take alopathy tab for bloodpressure ?

i want to know if there is acute treatment for bllodpressure in aurveda because i have fear if i take ayurveda tab and if my bllodpressure will increase than what happen ,i have angina pain too
