    if youre having symptoms now call 911…if youre asking about afterwards…your doc will usually send you to a cardiologist who will then order some stress tests,echo etc to see what the status of your heart really is..once that is done he will usually prescribe medications to control the angina but he will also tell you to probably exercise and change your diet..and if you smoke to stop….there’s a whole list of things that they will tell you to do and not do…remember that angina is usually brought on by exhertion unless its varient angina…which is the opposite basically…

    Take 3 nitro, each of them 5 min apart, if the pain is still there and not diminishing, call an ambulance……….don’t try to drive to the hospital unless you can perform cpr on yourself and drive at the same time.

    Semi Seated and supported. Chair down forward so that you use the back of the back Rest. Help take Nitro and give ASA after having call for help of course.
