occurrences of angina pectoris in pediatric patients?

hello,

so i am sitting in an EMT course right now and the instructor, an EMT-P, said he has never seen a pediatric patient who has had angina pectoris…. any one ever seen, or hear of, a pediatric patient who had angina pectoris?

i have not seen children, but i have seen a 21 yr old with very similar symptoms.
